1/26/2009 This is very hands on visibly clear and easy to follow. you know where exactly to place the stethoscope and how to count a bradycardiac or a tachycardiac beat.You alo get to hear the tub-lub heartbeat and get to count them whether on a child or an adult. it is very EXCELLENT HANDS ON TOOL. CPNE STUDENTS OF EXCELSIOR NURSING SCHOOL WILL FIND IT USEFUL. MUNIRU B LAJIDE
