Wisc-Online offers an ever-growing library of high-quality educational teaching materials FREE to educators. This library is kept up to date and changes as new materials are added or existing ones are revised. All of the content for the learning objects is the intellectual property of Wisc-Online.
Fox Valley Technical College maintains fiscal and operational responsibility for Wisc-Online with guidance from an advisory council that includes representation from all of the colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System.
If and when requested by Wisc-Online, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete user information and to refrain from impersonating or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity. Except with the written permission of Wisc-Online, you agree that you will not access or attempt to access password-protected, secure, or non-public areas of the Wisc-Online website. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access prohibited areas of the Wisc-Online website may be subject to prosecution.
You agree that you will not juxtapose the Wisc-Online name and mark and the link with your name or any other material(s) in a manner which might give rise to any erroneous conclusion that there is any affiliation or association between Wisc-Online, on the one hand, and you or any other person or entity, on the other hand. You agree that if Wisc-Online, in its sole and unfettered discretion, requests in writing that you remove any link or links to the Wisc-Onlin website, you will promptly do so. Where Information We Collect Comes From
We collect information from you in one of three ways – it comes from what you provide directly to us via our websites, forms, and email; through automated means such as cookies, and through social media when you attach your social media accounts to your account on our site. - Wisc-Online will not rent, sell, or otherwise provide the email address of any Wisc-Online member to any other organization or entity.

The confidentiality and security of your information is of the utmost importance to us. We use at variety of technical, administrative, and physical means to protect your information from unregulated third-parties. While we do make every effort to protect your information, it’s important to point out that no Internet transaction is completely secure. We also need to point out that we may retain and store your information in the Wisc-Online databases, even after your account is deactivated, for as long as we have a legitimate need for it and it’s within all applicable laws. In this case, your personal and identifiable information is removed and your account is only used for anonymous, aggregate uses.
We do review our privacy policies and practices from time-to-time and make appropriate updates. This means that our privacy policies are all subject to change. If we do make changes, we’ll immediately update our website as well as update the effective date, which is found at the beginning.
