WHERE IS THE ENERGY IN THE CAPACITOR STORE IN IT PLATE OR DIELECTRIC MEDIUM
DURING THE CHARGING OF THE CAPACITOR THE ELCTRON OF THE -VE PLATE IS ABSORBED BY BATTERY OR NOT.

duringing process the charging process electrons enter on plate A and exit on plate B, final destination the positive terminal of the battery.

Why in TTL logic,pin is assumed to be high when connected to neither of the terminals.
