In the first problem: i cant seem to get the right answer, its always too light or too heavy

I teach 6-8 science at a middle school and we are experiancing the same problem with the correct/incorrect when the kids put the correct mass in the field it says incorrect. #frustratedstudents.
Just figured out what the problem was.

Mine isn't working it keeps saying incorrect when it is ive redone it over and over still saying wrong.
